Orders
When searching items, only pictured items shall be included in the listing. If it is not pictured or in the description provided, then it is not included. Some pictures may represent multiple pieces of the same part and the picture is representative of the item for sale. If you are unsure of what is included, please contact us before purchasing. We do our best effort to correctly represent the part being sold.
eBay Store
Place a bid only if you intend to purchase the item. If we are unable to establish contact with the winning bidder within 5 days of the end of the auction or if payment is not received within 5 days then the item(s) will be re-listed. You will still be responsible for payment on the item. Any contract or obligation of the seller will be void if payment is not made within 5 days.
Orders from eBay will reflect applicable shipping charges and will be included in the order total.
Terms
All items are subject to international shipping laws. Any shipment outside the US will need to have the end user or secondary reseller fill out a BIS-711 final usage and consumption form. All international orders will carry a $25 filing fee for all shipping documents regardless of stated cost. International orders that exceed $2500.00 USD will require an additional $10 surcharge per shipment. This fee is charged for EEI Electronic Export Information from through FEDEX and other carriers and will be added to the shipping fee. Any order scheduled through a freight forwarding company that carrier will be the shipper of record as GETSPARES will not be shipping the package. Payments done by EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer- BANK TO BANK) will carry a $25 fee for this process as well. Where needed to ensure proper delivery, crating may be required. Crating can be done in house and will comply with all international shipping requirements for bark free wood and materials. Orders sent to GetSpares will be processed within 48 hours unless otherwise agreed on prior to order placement. Preferred carriers are FEDEX. UPS shipments will have to be scheduled by the buyer as UPS is not a viable carrier with anything other than call in pickups. Buyer should insure any UPS shipments and expect damage to the shipment. All international shipment requires an EIN (Employee Identification Number or VAT / GST Tax ID) for shipment. Payments can also be made via Paypal and major Credit Card. Credit card payments will add a 3% fee to the price of the order.
Payment Options
As we promise to ship in a timely manner, we expect payment in a timely manner. Please contact us in the event that payment cannot be made within five (5) days. We accept: Cashier's check, Visa & MasterCard, Paypal, and Bank Wire Transfers in USD for the full amount (additional $25 wire transfer fee applies).
Payment required before shipment.
An 8.25% sales tax applies to TEXAS residents who do not provide a correct, valid resale tax ID for our records (an 11-digit number). We cannot process the order until we receive sales tax or a valid resale-use certificate.
Shipping or Arranged Customer Pickup
The buyer is responsible for arranging shipping through their own carrier or account. Any item(s) without buyer arranged shipping after three business days will be considered abandoned and will be subject to restocking. A refund will be issued for the value of the order minus a 25% re-stocking fee. We prefer not to enforce these programs as we expect our customers to provide details on shipping and payment within 3 calendar days once agreement on sale is reached. Failure to provide shipping/payment information may cause materials to be sold to another party.
Domestic Shipping
A correct and valid contact name, phone number, and company name are required for shipping purposes. Items cannot be shipped without the correct/valid contact information. YOU MUST SPECIFY IF THE SHIP-TO-ADDRESS IS A RESIDENCE. This type of delivery will incur additional costs if special delivery methods are needed. If the destination is changed to a residence shipping estimates are NULL and VOID until re-quoted.
Shipping and handling times may vary based on the packing requirements, so please allow up to 5 business days for handling time. We ship using your shipping account. Please provide account information at the time of order. If order shipment is by GetSpares LLC, Fed-ex is our preferred shipping company. A handling fee will be applied.
International Shipping
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PAY ALL SHIPPING CHARGES.International Orders are subject to DUTIES, TAXES and other Import Fees; the bidder/buyer[s] is solely responsible for these fees, documents and transportation if held at a customs office in the destination country. According to US LAW, we do not ship to any illegal or restricted destinations. Correct/valid contact name, phone, and company are required for shipping purposes. YOU MUST SPECIFY IF THE SHIP-TO-ADDRESS IS A RESIDENCE. This type of delivery will incur additional costs if special delivery methods are needed. If the destination is changed to a residence shipping estimates are NULL and VOID until re-quoted.
Please allow a 24 hour response time due to time difference.
For faster international processing please provide your VAT Number/GST number, Tariff Code, or Schedule B information, as appropriate. A handling fee will be applied. All International orders are subject to a $25.00 international administration fee which will be added to your total order.

Expedited Packing/Shipping
If you need your item shipped on the same day (or within 24 hours) of your purchase, you will need to call us by 12:00 Noon, Central Texas Time. We will make a best effort to get the shipment out on the same day if you contact us by the required time.
Freight
According to the weight of the items purchased, some orders may require freight shipping. Items over 150 lbs. must ship via FREIGHT. Pallet/crating fees apply.
You are required to specify if assistance, home delivery, or a lift-gate is required as additional fees will apply.
Correct/valid contact name, phone number, and company name are required for shipping purposes. YOU MUST SPECIFY IF THE SHIP-TO-ADDRESS IS A RESIDENCE. You will be notified of shipping fees/charges within 1-3 days after listing ends as we require shipping dimensions before an invoice can be sent.
